Yes, our hotel offers direct access to the ski area. In winter, you can easily walk from your room to the cable car, which provides access to Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental and Kitzbühel.

We don’t have an on-site ski rental shop. However, we have a close partnership with local sports shops that offer modern ski and snowboard equipment. We are happy to organize everything for you in advance. For your convenience, you can store your skis in our new, spacious ski storage room.

Beyond skiing and snowboarding, you can enjoy a variety of activities, including winter hiking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Ski passes must be purchased at the regular price, but you will receive a small credit. The region around Westendorf in the Brixental valley is a paradise for active holidaymakers and families year-round. In summer, you can explore over 200km of hiking trails, 800km of cycling and mountain biking routes, and enjoy an 18-hole golf course as well as idyllic lakes and swimming pools. For children, the numerous adventure parks and themed trails provide plenty of fun and excitement.

Yes, we provide bicycles for guests to use free of charge. For a small fee, you can also rent one of our e-bikes.

Yes, our activity programme includes regular guided hikes and excursions, such as a visit to the Schermer Alm or bike tours with your host.

No, use of the cable cars is not included. However, the guest card you receive upon arrival allows you to use public transport free of charge and gives you discounts of up to 5% on cable car tickets.

Yes, we offer spacious family rooms and apartments with plenty of room and child-friendly amenities. Depending on the room type you choose, children can sleep on a pull-out sofa or in a separate room in a bunk bed.

We make sure our young guests have a great time! Depending on the season, we offer attentive childcare (which can be booked separately), along with creative play and craft programmes.

Indoors, we have two playrooms with a climbing frame, a Lego corner, a ball pit, and a youth room with air hockey, table football, and more. Outdoors, children can enjoy our large playground with a football pitch, trampolines, table tennis, basketball, slides, a sandpit, and swings. The playground is also perfectly visible from the terrace, so you can keep an eye on them.

Yes, we are committed to using regional products. Many of our ingredients come directly from our family farm in Brixen im Thale or from other regional partner farms. Our dedication to honest, local quality has also earned our kitchen the AMA Gastrosiegel seal of approval.

Our wellness area includes several saunas, a steam bath, relaxation rooms, and a pool with both indoor and outdoor sections. You can also choose from a variety of treatments and massages. In the summer, you can relax in our garden and enjoy the foot bath.

Yes, use of our Vital-Welt wellness area is included for all hotel guests. You can enjoy our steam baths, relaxation and fresh air areas, infrared cabin, sweat room, original outdoor wooden block sauna, pool, and relaxation rooms.

Our Vital-Welt is reserved for guests aged 15 and over. While the main pool area and its relaxation rooms are open to everyone, we also have a separate family wellness area for guests of all ages.

There’s plenty to discover in the Kitzbuehel Alps and the neighbouring regions. The Kitzbuehel grass mountains are home to numerous peaks up to 2,500 metres high. The natural gorges of Grießenbachklamm, Tiefenbachklamm, Wolfsklamm and Kundl are well worth a visit.

In and around the Brixental there are many family-friendly excursions, such as Ellmi’s magic world, Hexenwasser theme parks Söll, Alpinolino, Filzalmsee, Pillerseeland, and Tirassic Park.

  • Check-in is possible at any time. Your room will be ready for you from 15.00 on the arrival date. If your room is not ready yet, you can store your luggage and relax in our spa area at no extra charge. Please let us know if you arrive after 19.00.
  • Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 on the departure date.

The nearest gondola lift is ca. 150 metres from the hotel. In winter, the ski bus runs at regular intervals directly in front of the hotel.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all hotel areas.

Yes, on request we offer babysitter service (for an extra charge).

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay with us for a fee of € 39 per day and dog without food. We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of € 80.
  • We do not allow dogs in all room categories, please let us know when you make your booking if you are planning to bring your dog with you.

No, Austria has introduced a general smoking ban in all hotels and gastronomic businesses.

  • Children’s rates are per child/day in EURO incl. our half board plus and all inclusive services.
  • Children’s rates are also valid for children (up to 15 years old) with only one parent in a room/suite.
