Bewusst Tirol District Winner
We’re incredibly proud of our deep roots in the region. The meat and milk we use are from our own family farm in Brixen im Thale. Our cheese comes from the alpine dairy right here in Westendorf, and the eggs are laid by happy chickens at Koglerhof in the Aunerwald forest. Because of this strong connection to local products, we were honoured to be named a Bewusst Tirol district winner!
